I own an acre of a land by the river, I noticed that the next land do have retained wall beside the river whereas mine got no retained wall. I want to improve to the river embankments from river erosion. I wonder if the EA would build the retain wall for my land to protect my land being washed away. Who is responsible to fund the costs? Hope you can help with this. Thanks. Kep
