Freehold purchasing.
1 Answers
How do I go about purchasing the freehold of the house I live in? At the present time, I am trying to trace the holder of the freehold. Is it possible to work out what would be a fair price to pay? Any help would be greatly appreceated.

The price is a matter for negotiation - you will have to pay for probably 2 professional valuations of the freehold - though prices are currently lower than of recent years, of course.
