Cost of refitting fascia board.

What can I expect to pay to have someone remove the guttering and fascia board to one side of a bungalow to replace the wooden board behind the fascia and then refit the fascia and guttering and at the same time fit a plastic membrane to form a bridge between the tiles and guttering.

Decent wood will last 20 years. Sounds like about �80 in materials and no more than 2 man-days work to me - without finishing. Paint it yourself.
