Hi i have an apartment, the last tenant had left and the apartment was empty for 11 days there was no1 in it for this period and iv just received a bill from scottish electricity for �64.17 tenants pay there own electricity how can a empty apartment use �64.17 in 11 days?

2 year tracker or 5 year fixed ??

Suggestions:
1) The meter is also connected to someone else's flat (unlikely)
2) The last meter reading by the tenant was incorrect and he has underpaid for the electricity that he used (far more likely). Did you check the meter reading when the flat was handed back to you?
