I have placed an offer that has been accepted - I have had a survey and passed the results on to my solicitor - now what?

Wait for bleedin ages till your solicitor sees fit to blow the dust off your file and do something with it. We'', that's my experience anyway.

You don't say whether you're a FTB or your in a chain?
