I didn't see the original post or discussion. Personally I would keep my gob shut. If I had had a dispute with a neighbour and he was selling his house the last thing I would do is mention anything to anybody viewing as I would see it as a good way to get rid of the neighbour. When people come looking at a house they are looking for reasons not to buy giving them one is the last thing I would do. We all know how things can get out of hand and I'm sure you have nothing to be ashamed about or want to hide but better to say nothing unless prompted and even then something along the lines of "Oh we don't see the neighbours much here, there was a little bit of sillyness about the conifers but its all sorted now". Essentially say nothing unless prompted and what you do say should be overly positive.
