Have got some stone

steps which lead into the garden. these seem to have been faced with a thin layer of concrete. After the recent frosts this layer is falling away.
How can I put these right , or do I need a builder. Am well prepared to have a go , but need go know what it is I am doing and how.

if you are going to put down a thin layer of concrete, you should give it a coat of feb bond first. you can probaby buy a small bottle of the stuff from your local b&q.
