I appreciate it is impossible for anyone to give an accurate quote but is it possible for someone to give me a ballpark figure for renewing the guttering and fascia boards on a three bedroomed detached house? TIA BB

This is seamless guttering made on site by the installer. The fascia can be done a couple of ways. First, if it's in good condition consider having it clad in steel that matches the guttering. This is failry simple since, it too is pressed out to length on site by the machine used to form the guttering. That would probably add about another $2.00 per running foot.
The fascia, if rotted or otherwise unuseable can be replaced with new, weather resistant lumber (I use cedar) and the painted. This, due to the carpentering involved, usually runs about $3.00 per foot.
You'll have to do the math on cost conversions...
Good luck!
