double glazing cd's

my son in law is a self employed d/g window fitter   he does lots of private work     he has to sit down and sketch all windows etc by hand   he has asked the firms he works for if there is a computer prog for doing different plans sizes etc    but they all say they dont know   does anybody know of any double glazing comp progs  

this will help a chap trying to help himself

Microsoft Visio possibly?  All sorts of diagramatic stuff in there, so no reason why window measurements etc can't be done in it too.
