Hello, I received a police caution 10 years ago after getting into a fight in my youth. 7 years ago I had a one year drink drive ban, and was also fined at the same time for having no insurance. I would like to apply for a job as a carer but will these incidents mean that I am not considered suitable to work in this role?

These offences do not mean an automatic 'no' for this type of job. Relatively minor offences, especially those committed when we are young, can easily be offset by a good, recent work history. Having no insurance whilst driving, although potentially serious, is more of a motoring offence than a criminal one. Out of all that you have mentioned, the part that would stand out to me, as a prospective employer, would be the drink-driving. My worry would be that you were an habitual user of alcohol. Should you be able to demonstrate that this was not the case, I would make any judgments based on your CV and experience.
A caution is spent after 5 years,so it is spent now. Driving offences are not an automatic ban for work like you want.
