Wanting to whitewash wood panelling in hall (with duck egg blue/green colour)

The first one mentions "latex paint" Sounds easy enough to find. Cannot find it in any of the regular DIY shops online B&Q, wilkinson, homebase etc etc. What do we brits call "Latex" paint? Need to find it in the colour stated above and then let it down with water (see 1st website)
