i am looking to buy a new tv could someone please explain which would be best for me , plasma, led or lcd, i mainly use the tv forgaming and watching football thanks .

I've just asked this question on another forum. I went looking a tv yesterday, YeGods, I left the shop more confused that when I went in. After a bit of advice, I think I'm gonna go for a plasma.
Plasma are generally regarded as better for images that are moving eg sport etc. Plasma TVs weigh more and consume more electricity than other types.
Bear in mind that Plasmas are 'lifed' i.e. only last 10000 hours. Sound a lot but if the tv is on for say 50 hours per week i.e. roughly 7 hours per day then it will only last 4 years.

I would go for LCD.
Personally I would go with LCD as well. I have one and more than pleased with the Pic etc.
