We are , budget permitting, having our bathrooms refurbed and were considering using Bathstore for all the gear (sanitaryware, brassware, cabinets etc) but having read some terrible reviews we are rather sceptical. Anyone have any advice about good quality, reasonably priced, bathrooms?

I used to use Bathstore, Arthur. I was trying to replace a simple fitting one day. The plumbers' merchants took one look at it and said ........ "ah, Bathstore".......... non-standard fittings and connections sometimes. Not always, but enough to be a pain.

Good prices around at the moment. One of my faves................

TB - Have had a look and they seen to be pretty good. Are they internet only ordering or can you go and look?
I'm pretty sure they're online only. Worth mentioning is their returns policy......... one email with maybe a pic of the damage, and a replacement is sent out immediately.
Bathstore for baths
Fittings from anywhere else .. just not Bathstore.
We bought ours from Screwfix. Top basic stuff and a good price!
I got mine from Screwfix too...............

Thanks everyone. Been to B&Q this aft. Silly prices for sanitaryware compared to on line places. Just bait nervous about ordering nearly £4k of stuff on line!
