leaf scorch

anyone know how to treat leaf scorch
planted a Prunus Serrula Tibeticus (mahogony bark) in March 2011, leaves are browning.
Any help greatly appreciated

it is probably suffering from drought, make sure you water it well and keep it watered until it is established
