I've just spent the last two hours using a hammer and screw driver to try nd do this and it's not working. The two pieces of wood are stuck together to the floor in the space where my washing machine goes. I need to unstick them so i can put my new washing machine there but i can only get full access to one side and i only have about 15 cm of space around the other three sides. any ideas no matter what are really welcome, thankyou xx

i don't know if you can see it yet as it's not showing up on my computer but the bit at the bottem is my wood floor, then you can see the dark peice of wood stuck to the white bit and then just the floor boards i think. I just need to get rid of the dark peice of wood so the washing machine can sit on the white one (or i can get rid of both)
I can just about see the two pieces of wood, I would suggest using a crow/pri bar and a lump hammer. Although it might make a bit of a mess to the floor boards underneath.
