Storing Wheelie bins, Shared access

My neighbours have right of way up the side and back of my garden.

We have recently received Wheelie bins, having used "old style" bins that were stored at the front of the houses.

One set of neighbours has stored their bins by the gate at the side of my house.

I dont want the other neighbours doing the same and ending up with 14 bins in my garden!

Surely they only have access rights and not the right to store their bin there?

Access rights is what it says "Access rights" not to be used for storage. Ask them politely not to leave them there also the health hazard to be taken into consideration.

yes a polite note explaining the meaning of right of access, should be fine....imagine the smell!
