Baby oil is good for stainless steel. I use it on my cooker.
Bar Keepers Friend is good too - slightly abrasive powder which you rub on then rinse off and polish - but baby oil is an easier option. My stainless steel sink is over 30 years old, but still comes up well after either of these.
clean with a stainless steel sink cleaner from the supermarket
I use cif on mine comes up a treat.
at work i have to clean a panel of stainless steel 60ft x10ft and believe me i tried a stainless steel polish from stores and was the worse thing to use, finger prints were added immediately dust stuck to it and it was a disaster, i would use some kind of white spirit cleaner which i used to remove the "baby oil "type of spray
You buy a new one .. just about only way once over a few years old.
I use neat bleach. Wipe it all over gets rid of stains and then rinse and dry . Sparkles like new
