Incompleted work

We have had new roof, window and door on our garage.
The window is missing a key.
The door cannot be closed and locked, due to the door needing to be pulled in at the hinge area. It is a PVC door.

The workers said that one of their collegues will come the next day to fix all problems.
No body turns up - not even a phone call.
I contacted the surveyor and he said that some body will arrive.
This has happened three times this last week.

Should I contact Office of Fair Trading?

Pathetic isn't it? No point talking to their "surveyor", whatever he is. He's just palming you off ........... not his worry :o(

Strong, steaming letter first, followed by local Trading Standards.
