silicone bath sealant
I have a very good quality bath sealant along my bath between the tiles and bath edge. In a few places only and close to each other there are some black spots that will not rub off. They seem to have appeared where I had left bottles and things on the edge of the bath close to the tiles and sealant. These marks are black and it is not mould. I covered them with toothpaste for cosmetic reasons but is there a better answer?

I must admit I would do what Al says and cut it out, but only if you're confident enough to replace it.
Thanks for your kind words Starry. Al and I, and Buildersmate plus a few others are usually on the case :o)
Not allowed to give out personal info on here I'm afraid. It Would look a lot like advertising :o)
