How much to run a house for a day for gas?

OK i know most people would say check your bill but my bills only go back for a few months when weather was milder.
How much would it cost approx a day to run the gas heating for a 3 bedroom terrace house, with loft insulation, double glazing and gas central heating (on for 12 hours a day at say 24 degrees C temp ) ...£2 /3 a day, any thoughts please.

I'd say it would be nearer £3 a day than £2. That would work out at around £260 a quarter.

Am 2 bed mid staggered terrace, with d.g and insulation, on a payment meter and it's just under 3 quid a day. We also cook with gas tho.

3 bed semi, 1950's build with heating on for one hour in the monring and on a timer from 4 - 10pm has cost up to now (6:30) £2.38.
All radiators have thermostatic valves with bedrooms on a low setting, doors and windows shut tight.
It's looking like at least £3.00/day but it's not THAT cold yet up here. :(
