Clicking sound coming from behind my shower wall

Hi, I have recently had a shower room fitted in my house. In the last couple of days I have heard constant ticking sound coming from behind the wall, doe anyone know what could be causing this? I have not seen any signs of watre leaking ,yet!!!!!!. (hope ive posted in coeerect place)

Turn the water off at main stop valve and see if the noise stops.

Most likely changes in temperature/humidity causing materials used in the construction to move slightly against each other. Should settle down with time.
Pipe expansion creaking.
You used dampers on pipe to timber connections?

Typical of some plumbers ....... pipework clipped hard to the timber, with no room for expansion/contraction.
I get this when I put my central heating on. When I first moved into my house, I thought I had a leak in the wall.
