water not hot enough ?

the water from our kitchen tap ( mixer ) is not as hot as is was. any suggestions ? TIA

What sort of hot water system do you have Anne? Is it an immersion cylinder?
A boiler with immersion cyl. and roof tanks?
A combi boiler?

Anne, if you're getting the same sort of flow rate, but at a lower temp., then it could be the thermostat on the hot water side that's faulty. I guess it's a digital control (push buttons) rather than the older knob variety?
Check the temp. readout anyway. See if increasing the temp has any effect.

Your hot water will cool during the winter as the incoming water cools, just turn the thermostat up.

ive turned the water dial up to max on the boiler, no improvement. other taps are fine ?
