toilet in a vanity unit. It came together so items matched. He has fitted it all and secured it to the floor but we have a problem.? When you flush it and the water goes out you get a thump-thump sound.? It is driving me mad. Why is it doing this and will we just have to put up with it forever.? It is a 3 gallon cistern and 6, for low or high flush. Is there something we can do.?

He has asked me to tell you it isnt the water pressure coming in but when the water goes out. As soon as you press the buttons to flush the water out you get a loud thump thump noise as it empties.
