When you have a radiator that is connected to an up stairs radiator you can buy a plastic cover that hides the pipes that are on the wall, you have to screw some fixings to the wall that hold the pipes in place and the cover just snaps on, I have been to wikes this afternoon and they did not have any of the clips which we need, Can any one tell me what the clips are actually called please.

many thanks

The covers are called trunking or conduit.
What are you actually using the clips for? Supporting the pipes?
If I need to use trunking (which is basically never) I tack trunking to wall and use foam pipe insulation.

Mums using the clips to hold the pipes in place the pipes stick out to far if not clipped, and some of the clips have broken on the the side so the main sleeving will not keep it on, the problem is the pipes are the same size as kitchen tap pipes around 0.5 mil, She wants to sell the house but we have not got a clue what the brackets/pipe clips are called as hopefully i can buy them on line.
thanks

Problem is .. if it is 15mm copper, it stands out from wall a little too much.
So the clips fit into the trunking?

When doing routine car maintenance on your vehicle, you should remember to perform a radiator hose inspection in addition to checking the oil, tires, brakes and other safety devices. The radiator is 1 of the most important devices in your car because it keeps the engine at its nominal operating temperature, which is typically between 195 and 220 degrees Fahrenheit (90 and 105 degrees Celsius. Radiator hoses circulate coolant from the radiator to parts of the engine that need to stay cool. Over time, radiator hoses can weaken. If they are not replaced when necessary, they can completely collapse, causing the engine to overheat and unable to run. In extreme cases, a collapsed hose can cause the engine to burst. This article covers how to check radiator hoses, which may help you keep your engine from overheating.
