Yes.
Yes there will be Feb 29th this year.
1st of march is next thursday. Do you not have a calander on your computer?
It is a leap year. Can you not divide by 4.
"Beware the Ides of March" ;)
If you're on a computer using windows then you have a calandar opto; bottom right of your screen.
There's probably one on your mobile as well.
If the year divides by 4 with no remainder, then it's a leap year.

Unless it divides by 100 with no remainder, in which case it isn't.

Unless it divides by 400 with no remainder, in which case it is.

Which is why 2012 is, 2000 was but 1900 wasn't, nor will 2100 be.
if last two digits in year...ie.....(2012....12).....is divisible by 4 then it is a leap year
Here's a link to one you can print out if you like:

would a leap year be the year of the salmon or deer ?
Could even be leap year of the leopard, weecalf
Aren't there some Leaping Nuns in Norwich, do they only leap every 4 years?
Probably a lot of leaping in House of Lords later, mainly through hoops. Althoughthat's an everyday occurance there, not just for Lap Years.
