I bought a garden shed less than a year ago and also paid for installation. The shed is leaking and the roof is caving in. The company the shed was purchased from and fitted by them have offered to to replace one panel and flooring free of charge but I will be responsible for installing. Do I have any comeback as the shed was not suitable for the purpose it was sold?

As Woofgang says, however didn't it have a guarantee?
The shed is not fit for purpose and you have a right to a full refund or replacement shed, try the small claims court
