Shower Head for an Overhead shower

I had a shower cubicle installed with an overhead shower about 1 year ago. In this time I have gone through 3 shower heads. The original one was a round 8" chrome 'rain' head which didn't last long as the water started gushing out of the sides where the rubber seal was. The second one was a small 6" plastic head which was totally useless and the last one which survived all of 1 month had the same problem as the first one! I am at a complete loss as to the best shower head to buy. The pump is very powerful (it is the same as the power shower in the other bathroom) and I wonder if it is forcing the water out too quickly. If anyone has any suggestions I would be most grateful.

Can you turn down the pump and see if that makes it any better?
I know this is a lot of money for a "watering can" Bud............... but should take anything :o)))

Thanks for that. It is a bit expensive, but I have already spent £70 on 3 heads that have broken! False economy buying cheap ones I think.
we have just had a pump fiited too - these are what the plumber recommended - he has one and brought the one from his house to try!!

Not mega expensive and not cheap but they are really good and will do the job - he has had his for a number of years with a power shower:
