help with finding a job

<FONT color=#ff0000>hi, could anyone help me. i am in a dead end job at the moment and cant leave as i have a mortgage and kids to support. as i only have experience in manufacturing and this is now a dying trade, i want a career change. i know there are two ways to do this.... go back to college, but working 5am - 6pm everyday, i somehow want to spend some time at home... the other way is finding a job that that will train me as i go... funnily enough i eed some inspiration on finding a workplace that will do that. Does anyone have any ideas of where i can find a workplace in the west midlands that is like that!?!? i've been racking my brains of decent workplaces, but drawn a blank. PLEASE HELP I NEED A PAY RISE FROM OVER �5PH FOR ALL OUR SAKES !!!!! THANKS</FONT>
