Can anyone please tell me what this tree is?

It was already established in my garden when I bought my house (1993) and it has grown by almost a third with no help whatsoever, although it does need pruning every year. I'm thinking of moving though, and I'd like to take cuttings so that I can grow a new one (or ten) because I love it so much.

in case it helps. If I can just find out what it is, I can go to my local garden centre for advice, but if anyone with green fingers can help anyway who knows what the tree is ...
Thank you.

I have two in the garden - one flowers now and one later in the summer. Both have little pink flowers and feathery, upward pointing leaves like your picture. Every so often, in autumn, I hack them back and they are so appalled that they grow twice as fast the next year!
