Need help finding 70's album cover

Remember seeing this weird looking vinyl record album cover as a child and i'am interested in finding out what this band is. All I can remember is a man sat down and has hooves instead of feet, might of been other people in the background as well and in a forest, not sure though.

I'm disappointed no-one's answered this for you as I spent ages on google images last night trying to find it. I feel sure I know it too - a man sitting crossed leg in a chair in breeches with legs like a cow or something. A folky design. I had no luck I'm afraid, maybe I'm dreaming.

Its not the one with dogs on the floor i'm affraid, Jethro tull's album artwork seems to be the closest to what I can remember but its not it.

I've tried genesis, Lindisfarne, strawbs, pentangle, 'steely' span, dan and wheels, Fairport Convention,Traffic with no luck - some of the stuff I listened to (in a bit of a haze) as a student. Couldn't find it there.

I've just tried Incredible String Band and Decameron album covers on Google images, but can't find it there. I'm guessing it must be something folky and/or hippie or prog rock, but I can't think of any others at the mo. andy-hughes and markrae would probably be able to help, but they don't seem to be around right now
