Not from the radiator/central heating anyway.

You will need to connect into the main feed somehow, by connecting to cold water supply to kitchen/bathroom or maybe utility room..?

thanks.. its just next to my window there is a hole and looks like there used to be a tap there and a neighbour said last owner had one there....

Then it must have had a pipe feeed back to the main supply somewhere.  Are you sure it wasn't a bleed/draining tap for the central heating system?

In any event, please don't try to plumb an outside tap from your radiator or central heating.

no i wont but just wondered if there was any other way... thanks for your replys

Is there a cut off pipe near this hole? Or maybe a hole in the floorboards near it?

If the previous owner had a tap, there must be pipework somewhere. Look for holes in the floor / walls where they may still be accesible.

Oh, and don'r even think about using the central heating ;-)
