I'd been buying stuff for years, but never selling. The offer seemed too good to be true! So I listed a few Meccano gear wheels, and they sold (twice! a second set to the underbidder), then along came the voucher, and my wife used it to get £32 worth of Buy-it-Now wool for £7. I'm still wondering what eBay expected to get for their investment of £25.
Yes, you have to reckon that final value fees and PayPal fees will cost you 1/7 of the selling price, but you can start it at 99p for a zero listing fee if you're sure of your category and you include the right keywords.
