how to set up a garden wind spinner

Can anyone please explain to me how to set up a windspinner, which has arrived flat packed, so that I can get the best 3D effect from it when spinning.
Its a green metal dragonfly design - many thanks.

If you push the middle of it gently, you should find that you can extend it so that there is a gradual 3D effect of about 2.5cm. It worked with the one that I bought. I can't remember the manufacturer's name - it was an American company called "Iron something" If yours is the same make, check out their website.

If it's a disc shape at the moment then hold it out infront of you and push the left side away from you with your thumb and the other towards you with your fingers from behind. That should work if it's the type I'm thinking of.
