Address finding

A friend of mine has an issue of discrimination with the cruise firm Carnival Cruises, I know that they are an American corporation but they also have a UK based company Carnival UK Ltd.
My friend insists that her issue is so serious that it warrants an answer from the CEO of Carnival UK who's name is David Dingle, the problem being that she cannot find an address for him direct and fears that if she just sends a letter addressed to him at Carnivals Southampton address it will never actually get to him in person as he probably does not operate from that address anyway, she has tried phoning their offices for his address but finds that the staff are less than helpful and decline to help with the information so is there any other way she can find a direct address for him?

Send a recorded delivery letter addressed to him at the company address but start the address with
'' For the Personal attention of David Dingle CEO''
If they accept it that is sufficient proof that you have tried to personally contact him.
Don't use his home address even if you find it , bussiness matters have to be dealt with at the bussiness registered address.

Thank you All for your help, She has decided that a recorded delivery letter as suggested by Eddie51 is the best idea so she is sending one to their Southampton address and also a copy to the UK head office as Graham-W suggests, also thanks to sir.prize for the phone details...
