My garden is full of these this year - as yet they are still green. Can anyone tell me how to preserve them for flower arranging when they turn red please

Simply pick them with as much stem as you can and tie the stems together with a piece of string about 10 inches long... We then han them on an outside south facing wall (out of the wind) and let them dry to the touch. If it's going to freeze over night, bring them in and continue to hang in a warm place... (about a week in most cases)
