Can anyone remember the name of the website you can go on and see what prices the houses on your street sold for? I think it was in the papers a few years ago. Maybe I've just dreamt it up!! lol!

ZOOPLA is useful imo
It's on rightmove................
Zoopla is excellent for this.
There's also Mouseprice. They have lots of information.
Zoopla is very good.

This is an excellent site. As with them all you have to wait a few weeks after a sale to get the info.

houseprices.co.uk then put your street in.
Hmmm, that's odd. Neither transaction on a cottage I bought in 1997 and sold in 2005 are showing, not on Zoopla, Rightmove or Nethouseprices. Nor a friend's house which she sold last year in July/August.
