If you left Luton at 4 o'clock would you get to Potters Bar before 5 o'clock ?

Speed limits? So you're not taking the train, then...?
20 miles, 40 minutes - but you'd have to allow for possible delays either on the M1/M25 or alternatively around Welwyn/Hatfield if you avoid the motorways.
