Hi,

My Washing Machine went bang on Saturday morning (terminal RIP!) and I have decided to look for a new Washer/Drier.

Anybody recommend a good reliable machine?
Approx £450 max.
Must be quiet and economical min 7kg.
Have read a few reviews online but they are strangers, I know you lot and would value your opinions?

Thank You

sorry for the break,

I'm in a reasonably sized terrace, small garden, no garage, small kitchen with enough room for a washer but not separate drier. Don't really need a drier but as the washer has packed up I thought I would treat myself, maybe not now.

Goodnight and Thanks

You can put a dryer anywhere, unlike a washing machine it only needs power and a nearby window if it's he sort with a hose. I used to have mine in the bedroom and covered it with a nice throw when not in use.
Like Ratty says...put it in the bedroom. Make sure you get a condenser dryer because you don't need a ventilation hose. A reservoir fills up with water so there is no condensation. Use that water to feed your plants :-)
Hi,
I am in the same boat. Live in a tiny studio flat that gets mould problems from clothes drying inside. I would like a combined appliance that washes and dries. There really is NO space for an extra appliance.
