Toothpaste Stains On Upvc Window Sill

Anyone know how to remove the stains without scratching the UPVC. Since my daughter started cleaning her teeth by herslf we now have several unsightly stains on the white windowsill.

I'd try a paste made of any "oxi"-stain removing powder eg Vanish or cheapo versions from Poundland. Apply paste to stain, wait 5 mins, cross fingers, wipe off. Just DON'T use chlorine-based bleach!

If the tooth-paste is coloured then you could always change that for a white one???

I'd have a go with Jif. (I refuse to call it Cif!). May take a bit of rubbing, but it won't scratch.

You can clean UPVC with neat toothpaste or chrome cleaner.

I'd try fresh toothpaste, rub it onto the existing stain, and then wipe it all off

Cif, the original thick white cream one that's everso slightly abrasive. Works a treat on upvc.

Thanks for the answers folks. Will definetly try out your recommendations and will change her toothapste from strawberry to a white one!
