I've got some wallpaper paste which is ready made. It says on the tub for pasting the wall. I know you can paste the wall wallpaper but the wallpaper I have has no instructions on whether or not I need to paste the wall or the wallpaper itself. What would be the better option?
Lol. Thanks for giving me a good laugh. I have one more piece to do and it's looking just fine and dandy. I'm in a bit of a quandary though, as I need to cut the bottoms along the skirting board but I'm worried about not being able to do it in a perfectly straight line. Any tips?
Oh and I have one bubble which doesn't want to shift. I am using a decorators heavy duty sponge to smooth the paper down but it's not moving. It's very small and you'd only know it was there if I pointed it out but I would like it gone. Any ideas on how to do this or will I just have to put up with it?
I did try scissors but I could really get them in close enough as the handle kept on hitting the skirting board. I think I have a stanley knife here somewhere. How to I make sure it's perfectly straight though? Do I push it up against the wall and use the skirting as a guide? Thanks :-)
Been sat around waiting for an answer so thanks for that carrust. It actually looks quite nice despite me not following absolutely every instruction. I'm off to finish it off now. Thanks again :-)
Thanks for all your excellent advise Carrust. The bubble has indeed gone down. It's still there, but much less noticeable. I finally finished, after a couple of issues. Looks nice. Thank you :-)
