Vertical Blinds Help Please

Have had new window boards but on and now my vertical blinds are bending at the bottoms because they are dragging on the sills is there a way of shortening them a little bit?

If shortening you need to do it from the top. However, depending on the fitting it may require re-sewing or glueing or, if you are lucky, they may be of the type that is fastened with a slip on clip type fastening.
