Cold Water In The Bathroom Not Working In Taps And Loo

My toilet tank was overflowing 3weeks ago enter plumber got it working. Now past 4 days there is no water from cold taps in the bath room and in toilet tank...
What is it and how do I sort it???

We know nothing about your house/flat and its pumbing. Also, is it freezing in your area? If you have a cold water tank in the roof space, first look to see if it is empty or frozen.

Thank u all for your response I spent time reading past answers on same issue on here and I had air lock so just used a small horse pipe and blew in cold tap basin and it all working now!!!!
