Baldric, you misread my post i think, I was just saying why should I have to pay vet bills when a dog has strayed in my garden a mauled my cat. Yoko, please do NOT reply to any of my posts in future as you have been rude and offensive in the past and I really wish you would not post on my questions, i'm sorry if i sound rude but I really don't wish to have any input from you. For everyones information, I do have my chickens in a VERY secure pen and my rabbit in a VERY secure hutch and run, my cat is the only exception, which of course she would be as cats don't exactly live in a cage or on a lead. She is a very nervous house cat that goes out for about 10 minutes everyday and, (gods honest truth), doesn't leave the garden. As for my garden not being secure, I have a very large garden that has plenty of chicken wire, hedges, gates, walls and fences. I invite you all (except yoko) to come round and secure it, you bring the fencing and knowledge and I'll supply the booze.
