The high pressure's affecting the little radio in our bedroom - I love to listen to the radio if I wake up in the night, but all I could get was a load of static and some loud French pop music. The weather often interferes with our radio and TV signals, them Frenchies still want to take over.... :-)

Smowball, when we lived in a hot country everyone kept their curtains or blinds closed in hot weather during the day, this kept the sun from warming the rooms up too much. Have an aerosol of evian water ( other waters are available lol!) and mist yourself, the evaporation will cool you down. Am I right in thinking you may be in the USA? , just a thought as you are using Fahrenheit not centigrade?
