Hi, I have just tried to access my hotmail account but I have been requested to give a security code, I have never been asked this before. but BT are laying new cables for the telephones, they seem to be having problems with it , they keep having to dig it back up again 4 times so far. is this a scam? I have entered my code but it dose'nt work.I have been having problems with my phone and internet speed
