Can you hear the sound of the pump working, if it is, it could be that the radiators need bleeding. If the pump isn't working, it might be because it's either switched off or the mother board's packed up. The latter happened to us. Good luck.
It may be that your thermostat has been turned low for the summer and is preventing the pump from engaging or, as has been said, the control panel is not switched to CH and has been left on HW only. Try this before all else.
If the thermostat and panel are set correctly you should then check that the pump is turning. If you know where it is check for a slight vibration and a level of sound.
If the previous points are ok then you have an air lock or a blockage and need further advice or a plumber.
