Condensation On Windows

morning folks, i have a friend who lives in a flat and is getting really bad condensation on the windows every day, shes having to wipe them down all the time, they are double glazed. her heating is storage heaters and they aren't working properly which isn't helping.

she has a very young baby and doesn't really want to leave the windows open for long periods or at night

any suggestions??

We use a dehumidifier all the time they are good and help the drying of clothes. The one we have is made by ebac, moisture on the frames could be down to cold bridging but they only way to solve that would be to replace the frames.
You can buy humidity monitors from amazon which are battery powered and are good so at least you can monitor the humidity in the flat.
As already mentioned closed windows and cooking doesn't help the air quality in the flat.
