Can I Power This 24V 500Ma Device With A 19.5V 1.8Amp Power Supply?

Hi, the power suppy of my fogger a 24v 500ma small one has broken i can hear it ticking whenever I plug it in I have 2 spare laptop chargers lying around from old laptops we already sold..
they are rated at 19.5v at 1.8amps will it be able to power up this fogger? if so.. can I push it in powering two of these small foggers?
