Can it b done?
Orange coloured wall paper with a border..if stripped wall would probably need plastering can I emulsion over paper..what product, dulux, crown.
Any tips please..?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If the plaster is cracked, you are only going to make things worse later. Far better to strip the paper and fix the walls. Also, think - if it is a spare room, it might not get heated much in winter, and the cold could affect the painted paper.
By the way, you are sure it is paper and not vinyl, aren't you ?
