working properly. When you go to sit back on it it gives way and you go flying straight back. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? if so how did you .?

Something isn't latching on the armrests. Can you not spot what ? Maybe if you forced the armrests down until the locked ?

No it just will not hold. Have tried everything. But cannot seem to see any replacement rachet for it.?
